Boiler Water Treatment
The boiler is a kind of equipment that uses the heat energy released by fuel combustion or other heat energy to heat water or other working medium to produce steam, hot water, or other working medium of the quality of specified parameters (temperature, pressure). A boiler is composed of two parts: a pot and a furnace. The pot is a container for water, which is composed of a pot cylinder and many steel pipes; A furnace is a place where fuel is burned. The high-temperature flue gas produced by the combustion of fuel in the furnace passes the heat of the flue gas to the water in the pot and generates steam through the three forms of heat exchange: heat conduction, convection, and radiation. Therefore, how the quality of water is related to the safe operation of the boiler, and the boiler water treatment is related to the whole situation.
