The filter element is made of an ultra-fine polypropylene fiber membrane and non-woven fabric or wire mesh as the inner and outer support layers. It is produced by a folding process. The outer shell, middle rod, and end cover of the filter element are integrally formed by hot melt welding technology, without any adhesive, to ensure no leakage and no secondary pollution. The folded design gives it a larger membrane filtration area and dirt-holding capacity, while maintaining a low pressure difference and a long service life. The filter element is made of pure PP material as a whole and has a wide range of chemical compatibility.
The pleated filter element is deep, and its folded structure brings a larger membrane filtration area and higher flux. It has the characteristics of low pressure difference, strong dirt holding capacity, long service life, and provides a variety of filtration precision options, with a wide range of applicability. With good chemical compatibility, the filter element is suitable for filtering strong acids, strong alkalis, and organic solvents. The hot melt welding molding process avoids the use of chemical adhesives, ensuring no leakage and no secondary pollution. There are four main types of PP folded filter elements: polypropylene (PP) filter element, polyethersulfone (PES) filter element, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) filter element, and nylon (N6) filter element. They are folded from the corresponding membrane materials. The outer shell, middle rod, and end cap of the filter element are also formed by hot melt welding technology to ensure no adhesive, no leakage, and no secondary pollution. Among the components of the PP folded filter element, the filter membrane is made of PP polypropylene, the support and guide layer are also PP, the outer shell, middle frame and port are made of PP or stainless steel, and the sealing ring is made of silicone rubber, EPDM rubber, nitrile rubber, fluororubber and coated with tetrafluoroethylene.
