Philippines Customer IWS Site Installation and Commissioning and Visit Report

I. Itinerary overview
1 Time: March 7, 2023 - March 15, 2023
Location: Philippines

Purpose:
1. Provide on-site guidance for the installation and commissioning of 10TRO equipment in the Philippines;
2. Visit customer companies, understand customer strength and needs, and enhance cooperation;
3. Negotiate with customers about the Philippines agency;
4. Communicated new project information, conducted field visits and communication;

2. Work content
1. On-site installation and commissioning:
Arrived at the customer site on March 7, conducted preliminary communication with the relevant person in charge of the customer and the owner, understood the site situation and installation requirements, and preliminarily determined the site installation plan. On-site installation of equipment, etc.;
March 8 - March 11: In-depth communication with customer technical personnel to confirm and list the on-site materials that need to be purchased after process adjustment; Technicians answer customers' questions in the installation process, guide construction personnel to install equipment pipelines, cable routing, liquid level meters, customer raw Water Pumps, etc., and cooperate with and realize the process adjustment requirements put forward on site;
On March 12, the final debugging and testing of the equipment were carried out to ensure that the indicators of the equipment met the expected requirements. Organize equipment related documents and materials, and deliver to customers.
On the morning of March 13, I trained customers on the use of on-site equipment and answered questions, and completed equipment acceptance and handover.

II. Customer visits
In the afternoon of March 13, under the leadership of the customer's boss, I visited the new office building and warehouse under construction by the customer. The customer introduced the company's team division and main business, and learned about the customer's future development plan. In-depth discussions were held on the direction of future cooperation and preliminary consensus was reached.
The customer is a local Water Treatment Equipment consulting and engineering company in the Philippines, the main products are various water treatment chemicals, consumables, and installation of water treatment equipment, with professional technical personnel Mr. Butch and professional construction team. Mr. Felcamor, Engineering Manager, Mr. MarkH and Mr. Daniel, installers. From the perspective of team structure, it is relatively complete, which is conducive to the communication and business development of both sides in the later cooperation process.
After the dinner on March 13, the two parties made detailed planning and communication on the customer as our company's agent in the Philippines, proposed the preliminary cooperation methods and contents in the later work, and issued a letter of authorization for the customer;

III. Work results
1) Successfully completed the field installation and debugging of reverse osmosis, the equipment ran stably, and the indicators met the expected requirements.
2) Conducted comprehensive equipment operation training for customers, and customers have the ability to operate and maintain equipment independently.
3) Established good communication channels with senior leaders of customer companies and heads of relevant departments, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation. And collected valuable comments and suggestions from customers, providing an important reference for the company's product improvement and service enhancement.
4) The signing of the agency agreement will contribute to the business development of our company in the Philippine market. The two sides suggest that the Philippine IWS company can be displayed as the Philippine office of our company in the promotion of the platform, which will greatly promote and improve the mutual influence of the two sides.
5) The business personnel through the front to back installation communication service, benefited a lot, from the connection of the pipeline, cable routing, commissioning process of the pump and the function of each valve, start and stop, chemical cleaning operation and so on a full range of learning and operation, is of great significance to the development of future work.

Ⅳ. Existing problems and suggestions
Due to the remote location of the owner and poor installation conditions, I could not visit the site of the new project this time, but I had face-to-face communication on the situation of the new project. At present, the new project of 5.5T per hour reverse osmosis equipment scheme has been submitted technology, waiting for the list quotation;

V. Summary
The site installation, commissioning and visit of the Philippine customer were successfully completed and the expected goal was reached. Through in-depth communication and exchanges with customers, we not only solve the existing problems of customers, but also create more opportunities for future cooperation. We will continue to uphold the "customer first" service concept, to provide customers with better products and services.
