Drinking water treatment system

Direct drinking water treatment equipment is designed to remove harmful substances and impurities from water, such as heavy metal ions, viruses, organic compounds, and other contaminants, thereby producing potable water. This equipment typically comprises a pre-treatment system, reverse osmosis unit, post-treatment system, cleaning system, and electrical control system. The pre-treatment system includes components such as a raw water pump, dosing device, quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, and precision filter. Its primary function is to reduce the pollution index of the raw water and remove residual chlorine and other impurities, ensuring that the water meets the influent requirements for reverse osmosis. The reverse osmosis unit mainly consists of multi-stage high-pressure pumps, reverse osmosis membrane elements, membrane shells (pressure vessels), and supporting brackets. Its main purpose is to eliminate impurities in the water and ensure it meets usage standards. The post-treatment system incorporates disinfection and sterilization devices, water supply systems, and drinking water dispensers, which are used to perform secure sterilization and maintain constant pressure during the transportation of treated water to various drinking points.

    Equipment description

Direct drinking water treatment equipment is specifically engineered to remove harmful substances and impurities from water, including heavy metal ions, viruses, organic compounds, and other contaminants, to produce potable water. The equipment generally includes a pre-treatment system, reverse osmosis unit, post-treatment system, cleaning system, and electrical control system. The pre-treatment system features components such as a raw water pump, dosing device, quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, and precision filter. Its role is to reduce the pollution index of the raw water and remove residual chlorine and other impurities, ensuring compliance with the influent requirements for reverse osmosis. The reverse osmosis unit primarily consists of multi-stage high-pressure pumps, reverse osmosis membrane elements, membrane shells (pressure vessels), and supporting brackets. Its main function is to remove impurities from the water and ensure it meets usage standards. The post-treatment system includes disinfection and sterilization devices, water supply systems, and drinking water dispensers, which are utilized to perform secure sterilization and maintain constant pressure during the transportation of treated water to various drinking points.
