Equipment overview
Backwash filter is a kind of precision security filter and also a kind of micro filtration equipment. Mainly is the filter core filter device, the filtration accuracy of 0.1-500 m range, can play a good role in protecting the membrane elements. According to the need to protect the supporting equipment, there are ultrafiltration (UF) backwash pump outlet, nanofiltration (NF) device, reverse osmosis (RO) device wash pump outlet need to configure backwash filter, to prevent particles into the membrane assembly, scratch the membrane surface.
The pressure vessel of backwash filter can be made of corrosion-resistant glass reinforced plastic or stainless steel shell. The filter element is mainly composed of skeleton and filter cloth (cotton), mainly polypropylene folding type or melt-blown type filter element.

Conditions of use
1. Security filter design pressure: less than 0.4Mpa
2. Water pressure test pressure: 0.8Mpa
3. Design temperature: 0℃-50℃
4. Service life: under normal working conditions, the filter element can maintain the service life of about 4-8 months
Scope of application
It is suitable for further purification of water with low suspended impurities (turbidity less than 2-5 degrees).
